A reheat system that is a modification of a single zone system; this system contains a cooling coil only (unless a preheat coil is needed); air is ducted to all spaces at the same temperature as in a single zone system, but at a temperature low enough to satisfy the temperature and humidity requirements of the zone with the highest cooling load; a terminal reheat box at each zone reheats the air as needed; a constant supply of air is supplied to the space served.
