Construction, a construction management and general contracting firm headquartered in Stamford, CT, recently finished up work on a renovation and expansion project for the Old Westbury Golf & Country Club in Long Island, NY. This marks the 20th private club project the firm has completed in the last 10 years and is one of four private club projects completed in the first half of 2013.
The 27,400 SF, $8 million Old Westbury’s Golf & Country Club project was completed in two phases over consecutive winters. Other recent construction projects include the 7,000 SF expansion and renovation of the Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury, CT, the 2,200 SF clubhouse expansion and renovation of the Riverside Yacht Club in Greenwich, CT and the 9,500 SF pool and pool house renovation at the Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT.
